That’s why I founded Kaizen Investment Holdings Inc. in 2010. Like you, I didn’t start with much. Just a little bit of money and a big dream. I knew I had to make my money work for me and that personal training alone wouldn't create real wealth. So, one property turned into two, two into three, and before long I had built a portfolio strong enough to attract investors who believed in my vision.

Today, Kaizen has matured into such projects as, custom estate homes, land development for gated subdivisions, apartment to condominium conversions, commercial, office & residential new builds.

But it’s not just about building wealth; it’s about giving back the knowledge and wisdom I have acquired over the years in order to help men reach their full potential.

The modest success I have achieved so far in real estate enables me to have the time do that and I am so grateful.
